Do I need a computer?
No. We build your website by text, and you change it by text. Photos and voice notes work too.
What happens if I cancel?
Text us to cancel. There’s no contract and no fee to leave. Your web address is in your name and stays yours: we email you how to take it over. Your site goes offline when your plan ends, and we keep its files for 90 days and send them to you at no charge.
Who’s behind Humfrid?
Humfrid is made by Avery Intelligence, a small team in Menlo Park, California. We’d rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract. Text us with any question before you sign up.
How does this bring in calls?
Most people find a local pro on Google. We help you set up your Google Business Profile and keep it complete: we write your posts and review replies, and you post them. Your website lists your services and the towns you cover. Your Friday report shows what changed each week. No one can promise a ranking, and we won’t.
Most of my work comes from referrals. Is this for me?
Yes. People who hear your name from a friend, a neighbor or Nextdoor still look you up before they call. Your website and Google Business Profile are what they find, with your reviews, your license and your past work.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your website and Google Business Profile show your number, and calls come straight to you like they always have.
Will you text me all the time?
No. You hear from us about your next step, a post idea or your Friday report. If you don’t answer, we stop. No sales texts, ever.
What if I don’t like what you wrote?
Text back what to change. We fix it before anything goes live.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?
Yes. After you upgrade, we text you three records to add where your domain is managed. The domain and your email stay yours, and your website shows at your domain, with or without www.
