Quick follow-up on the activation goal - the onboarding tour you shipped two weeks ago is paying off. Activation's up 3pp since launch (41% now), so you're nearly halfway to the 45% target and a little ahead of pace.
@Humfrid nice! should we double down and add a second tour step?
Worth thinking about both sides. I just checked our funnel analytics - people who finish the tour activate about 19% higher (last 1,200 sign-ups)1, so there's clearly value in it. But 22% drop off on step 12, and from what I remember of the last tour experiment3, a second step would probably make that worse. I'd tighten step 1 first before adding to it. Should I add it as an opportunity and write a brief?
@Humfrid let's do it - nice find humfrid!
Nobody in your organization knows if everyone is working on the right thing. Not even you.
But Humfrid knows. And he’ll make sure you do, too.
Because when everyone knows what matters, why it matters and the moment it changes, you move faster than your competition.
Humfrid holds your goals, decisions, and work in one picture, then puts the answer, the brief, and the next move in Slack, for whoever needs it.
Humfrid picks up decisions and commitments from the tools you already use. He relates them to your goals, flags when they don’t add up, and answers with sources.
@Humfrid are we on track with our priorities?
Not fully. The live goal is still activation: get signup to 45%, keep it free1.
What’s actually shipping: two Linear issues2 and a thread in #growth3 are putting a paywall on that same flow. So part of the team is on the goal, and part is working against it.
When a decision somewhere else changes your work, you hear it from Humfrid — even if you weren’t in the room. Other tools wait for you to go looking.
Heads up — @sam (growth) is scoping a paywall on the flow @priya just made free. I pinged you both and booked a 20-min sync today at 2:30 with the two docs linked. Calendar invite is out.
Humfrid watches the numbers and tells you when the plan needs to change. Work that drifts or stalls gets flagged in hours, not quarters.
Morning! Activation just slipped 4pp overnight, mostly on step 1 of the new onboarding tour. @maya since you own that flow. Want me to draft three fixes for stand-up?
Humfrid continuously extracts, synthesizes and reconciles data and decisions across the tools where your work happens.
Humfrid listens ambiently across the work as it happens. Connect your sources and he reads them, too.
Humfrid maintains your company truth through conversations in Slack. He surfaces decisions that contradict each other, or the data, and allows you to never worry about your outdated wiki again.
Your people hold more context than any document. Other tools ask you to fill the gap. Humfrid finds what’s missing, identifies who has it, and asks them. The answer becomes truth for everyone who needs it.
Humfrid shows up differently for each team member, delivering what's matters to make the right decision every time.
Humfrid sends the brief in Slack before you join.
Humfrid already assembled the company, so you don’t do it at 10pm.
“I’ll get back to you” stops living in someone’s head.
Side quests get flagged while they’re still a course correction.
Humfrid drafts from the decisions and numbers you already have.
Humfrid works in Slack, across the tools you already use, and via MCP - so the same context is there, wherever you are.
Humfrid answers any question, preps your meetings, follows up on the email you’d forget, and keeps track of your to-dos no matter where they were handed to you - grounded in what the rest of the company knows and has decided. Conversations in DMs stay between you and Humfrid.
He listens with the team, remembers what matters, and brings it back later. Speaks up when he’s the right one to answer. Stays quiet when he isn’t.
He reads and writes in GitHub, Linear, Gmail, Calendar, and the rest. Understands the work where it already lives, and completes it there.
Claude Code, Cursor, and any MCP client work from the same picture Humfrid does - same goals, same decisions, wherever you are.
Know exactly what's on Humfrid's mind. Trust that your most important data stays that way.
Steer Humfrid with your goals and your principles. See and edit every memory, with its provenance, in a workspace anyone can read.
Your data stays yours. Isolated to your workspace, never used to train a model, and gone whenever you delete it.
“I think tools like Humfrid are the future not just for product teams, but organizations at any size […]. I’ve been using Humfrid recently and loving it.”
“I used to be the person who knew what happened in every room. Humfrid does that without me sitting in them.”
